Ezequiel Emanuele

Ezequiel Emanuele is Senior Advisor, Geopolitical Risk & Market Strategy at Signal & Range. He leads the firm's country risk scoring, scenario construction and monitoring work: defining indicators and thresholds, building escalation scenarios and translating political, regulatory and security developments into market-level exposure.

Since 2023 he has worked embedded with the Global Markets Strategy team of a leading global technology company — first through UpSide Risks and then through Nexus Partners — covering more than 30 markets with particular depth in the Middle East, North Africa and Latin America. The work spans escalation scenarios, market deep dives on the Gulf and North Africa, regulatory and narrative risk monitoring, and the investment implications of each for senior leadership. Earlier, he was an advisor at Argentina's Chamber of Deputies.

He is a member of the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI), on its Foreign Policy & Armed Forces and Middle East & Global Scenarios committees, and was selected Leader of Tomorrow at the 55th St. Gallen Symposium (2026).
