Privacy
How we handle what you send us.
Short, because the site collects nothing. What follows describes what actually happens, not what a template says should.
What this site collects
Nothing. There is no account, no login and no server-side form. The briefing request on the contact page does not transmit anything: submitting it opens your own email client with the message prepared, and you decide whether to send it. Nothing leaves your machine without you seeing it first.
Analytics, cookies and third parties
This site sets no cookies of any kind, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, tags or pixels. Typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font service, so reading these pages does not generate a request to anyone else. There is no advertising and no retargeting.
Standard web server logs, kept by the hosting provider for operational and security purposes, are the only record that a page was requested.
Information you send by email
Anything you send us by email is held in confidence, used only to answer your enquiry and to scope work, and is retained for as long as that enquiry or the resulting engagement requires. It is not added to a marketing list, not shared, and not sold. We do not run outbound sequences.
You can ask us to delete an enquiry and everything associated with it at any time, and we will.
Client information
Information provided during an engagement is held separately from anything else, is not reused across engagements, and is not disclosed to third parties. No client is named or made identifiable in public material without written permission — including in this site's own examples, which are constructed and labelled as such.
Asking us anything about this
Write to briefings@signalranges.com. A person answers, and you can ask what we hold, ask for a copy of it, or ask us to erase it.
